Orders will only be delivered to customers in the following counties: The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

Delivery time

Orders will be dispatched with our courier PostNL within 1-4 business days after the order has been placed.

Delivery times, from the moment of dispatch, are as follows:

-The Netherlands: 1-2 business days

-Belgium and Germany: 2-4 business days

Shipping costs

Orders within The Netherlands 

Orders with an order amount from €35: free

For orders with an order amount below €35, the shipping costs are as follows:

-Letterbox PostNL Track & Trace: €3,95. These costs are automatically calculated during the ordering process. Letterbox shipments are delivered from Tuesday to Saturday. You do not have to stay at home for delivery, as these shipments fit through your letterbox.

-PostNL standard parcel Track & Trace: €4,95. These shipping costs will only be charged to the customer if at least one large item (such as a jewelry set packed in a giftbox) is ordered and the order amount is below € 35. PostNL delivers these regular packages from Monday to Saturday. If the first delivery attempt of a standard parcel fails, the shipment will be delivered to the nearest PostNL pick-up point. From then on, you have 7 days to collect the package. It will thereafter be returned to our warehouse.

Orders to Belgium and Germany

The shipping costs for orders with destination Belgium or Germany are €8.95, regardless of the amount of the order amount.

Follow your order

All orders can be followed via the carrier’s Track & Trace code. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive the Track & Trace code by email.

Edit address

Once the order has been placed, it is unfortunately no longer possible to change the delivery address.

Package not delivered?

It could be possible that your package is delayed. We therefore advise you to wait a while and keep an eye on the carrier’s Track & Trace code. If you have eventually not received your package, please contact our customer service by e-mail.
